Refund policy

Every item is made to order for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide in the product images before ordering.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at wjiffry9724@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
